Support for Parents and Young Children

Research shows that the first three years of a child's life are the most important for shaping their future, both how they experience the world and their friendships and relationships. The early months and years with a baby or toddler can be tender, joyful, overwhelming and confusing all at once. Many parents worry about bonding or attachment, or feel unsure whether they’re “getting it right”. If that’s you, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

With over 25 years’ experience working with babies, children, young people and parents, I can offer you a range of different opportunities to work with me, depending on the age and stage of your child and carefully curated to be a perfect fit around what you are looking for for your family.

I offer a gentle, relational space where you and your baby or child can come together. There’s no need to arrange childcare; the work happens in the relationship between you. My psychotherapy training began with pre‑birth development dynamics and included extensive infant observation, which means I pay close attention to the subtle ways babies communicate and the emotional world of early parenting.

It would be a privilege to support you on your journey into parenthood and beyond.

Please read on for descriptions of the different ways we can work together.

1. A calm, attuned space for you and your baby together.

Parents often come to me when they feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to read their child’s cues. Some are carrying grief or stress. Others feel isolated, even when life looks stable from the outside. These experiences are far more common than people talk about — and they can soften with the right support.

The first years of life matter, but they don’t require perfection. Babies need moments of connection, repair and responsiveness, and those can grow at any stage. In our sessions, we slow things down, notice what’s happening between you, and gently support a deeper sense of ease and closeness.

If you’re longing for more confidence, connection or calm in these early months and years, you’re welcome to reach out.

I provide a gentle, relational space in central London for parents navigating the arrival of a new baby with a toddler or growing child. When siblings meet for the first time — or when toddlers and older children begin to share space, attention and you — big feelings often surface. Jealousy, clinginess, anger, rivalry, sudden regressions or confusion can all appear, sometimes alongside tenderness and curiosity.

I offer specialist support for the sibling relationship and the parent–child bond. Sessions take place with you and your children together, so there’s no need for childcare. We slow things down, notice what each child is communicating, and help everyone feel safer, seen and supported as the family adjusts.

This is a space to understand the emotional world beneath sibling dynamics, to ease the strain on you as a parent, and to help your children build a more secure, connected foundation with one another — at any stage of family life.

2. Support for Siblings as Your Family Grows

3. Support for You and Your Toddler — Together

A calm, playful space in central London where you and your toddler can come as you are.
As new behaviours emerge — defiance, big feelings, curiosity, wonder — I offer gentle, relationship‑focused support to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and strengthen the connection between you.
Sessions take place with both of you together, so there’s no need for childcare. The work happens in the relationship — in the moments of play, frustration, closeness and discovery that shape these early years.
